After being admitted to the Philippine bar in the year 2011, Atty. Ho then proceeded to obtain his real estate brokerage license in the year 2014, and was in fact among the Top 10 board passers in the Real Estate Broker Licensure Examinations administered by the Philippine Regulation Commission (PRC) in the same year.

Since becoming a licensed real estate broker, Atty. Ho has used both his extensive knowledge of Philippine law and real estate to help clients navigate the legal aspects of buying, selling, and leasing property.

When necessary, and with the assistance of lawyers from HO & GUERRERO LAW (HG LAW) where Atty. Ho concurrently serves as the Managing Partner, Atty. Ho has also rendered legal advice & legal representation on real estate transactions and cases, so that clients can have peace of mind knowing that they are receiving tailored exceptional service and that their real estate investments are adequately protected, in addition to being fully compliant with applicable Philippine laws and regulations.

Atty. Ho is a member of the Real Estate Brokers Association of the Phils., Inc. - Makati Chapter (REBAP Makati) and the Philippine Institute of Real Estate Service Practitioners, Inc. (PhilRES), which is the Accredited and Integrated Professional Organization (AIPO) of real estate brokers in the Philippines under Republic Act No. 9646. Atty. Ho is likewise a registered real estate broker with the Department of Human Settlements and Urban Development (DHSUD).
